Plan Administrator-Barclay Planning Group
JESSICA M. WEIR is a Plan Administrator for Barclay Planning Group at Croskey, Lanni and Company. Jessica has been employed with the firm since January 2007. Her primary responsibilities include setting up and administering 401(k) plans for firm clients. In addition, her daily activities include annual discrimination testing, preparation of employee benefit tax returns and client customer service.
Jessica grew up in Sterling Heights, Michigan. After high school graduation, Jessica attended Oakland University where she graduated Cum Laude with Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. While in college, Jessica began working at Re/Max as an office manager as well as the assistant to the Broker Owner of the company. She later assisted the Vice President at American BioSystems, Inc. and was also an insurance consultant at Farm Bureau Insurance before coming to Croskey, Lanni and Company.
Jessica likes to spend her free time with family and friends. She enjoys theatre, traveling (especially to Toronto), and horseback riding. Jessica is also a devoted Red Wings fan.
Jessica plans to continue her education by obtaining her Master’s degree. She is also currently studying to become a Qualified 401(k) Administrator.
