CPA
MELISSA G. MAY, CPA is an accountant at Croskey, Lanni and Company. Melissa has been employed with the firm since November 2002. Her primary responsibilities include managing and reviewing the Charter School Audits. She also provides consulting, accounting, and taxation services to a wide variety of firm clients. She is an essential part of the Charter School Committee at Croskey, Lanni and Company.
Melissa was born and raised in the Metro Detroit area. After high school, Melissa attended Oakland University where she received two degrees; a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance. Melissa started her accounting career at Croskey, Lanni and Company and continues to be an essential part of the team.
Melissa recently completed her CPA exam and has been a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants since 2001. She looks forward to helping Croskey, Lanni and Company grow their Charter School niche.
Melissa likes to spend her free time with her new husband, family and friends. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and cooking.
